TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions apply to all users and customers that use the More Joy website and webstore. All individuals placing orders on the More Joy webstore must be 18 years of age, and/or a company with a VAT number/Business ID and must hold a permanent delivery address within the delivery area of More Joy Oy.
The displayed product prices on the webstore are used globally for private customers. Postage fees based on the package weight, size and delivery address will be added. The accepted payment methods for private customers are credit cards and via PAYTRAIL.
Companies with a VAT number/Business ID can register themselves and be accepted as More Joy clients with their personal account and adjusted wholesale prices. The sole accepted payment method for businesses is via proforma invoice.
The delivery time is generally between one to seven working days after the order confirmation has been sent, but delivery times are subject to change depending on the number of products in stock. More Joy Oy will contact you (the customer) in the event of any possible delays.
Deliveries are sent via DHL, post or other courier services depending on the delivery address. To ensure the success of deliveries, we require all the following information; name, company name (if any), street address, country, e-mail and telephone number.
In the case of products being damaged or lost during the delivery to the customer, the logistics company in charge of the delivery takes main responsibility. However, More Joy Oy ultimately takes responsibility for lost or damaged products during the delivery to private customers, if necessary.
Any cancellations of purchase orders should be done directly to our customer service here.
Sales receipts should be saved in case of faults in the products. Private EU or EEA citizens have the right to return their purchases within 14 days, if the product is in its original packaging and has not been used. The returned products must be in proper condition for resale. We ask that all requests for product returns be sent to our customer service.
